ShareHeart App – Policy

Welcome to ShareHeart! This Policy explains the guidelines and rules for using the ShareHeart mobile application (“App”) operated by the owner referred here as “Company” or “Developer” (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By using the App, you agree to comply with this Policy.
- Content Guidelines
1.1 Respectful and Appropriate Content: ShareHeart is a platform for sharing Christian testimony videos. Please ensure that your content is respectful, appropriate, and aligns with the values of Christian faith.
1.2 Prohibited Content: Content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, harmful, or offensive is strictly prohibited. This includes content that promotes violence, discrimination, harassment, or any form of hate speech.
1.3 Copyright and Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not upload or share content that infringes upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Community Guidelines
2.1 Positive and Supportive Community: ShareHeart aims to foster a positive and supportive community. Treat others with kindness, respect, and empathy. Do not engage in bullying, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behaviour towards other users.
2.2 Communication: Use respectful language and avoid engaging in arguments or disputes. Constructive criticism is welcome, but personal attacks or offensive language will not be tolerated.
2.3 Reporting Violations: If you come across any content or behaviour that violates this Policy or the Terms and Conditions, please report it through the designated reporting mechanisms within the App.
- User Responsibilities
3.1 Compliance with Laws: Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App. Do not engage in any activity that violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of others.
3.2 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Do not share your account information with others or allow unauthorised access to your account.
3.3 User Conduct: Users should conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the App’s functionality or the experience of other users.
